Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Staf Administrasi Operasional dan Pelayanan Kantor to join our dynamic office team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting both administrative and technical functions, and providing excellent service to internal stakeholders. This full‑time position follows a Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily office activities, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update office documentation, records, and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- Provide first‑line support for multimedia (MM) and information technology (IT) tools, troubleshooting minor hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting minutes for management.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies, stationery, and equipment, placing orders as needed to avoid shortages.
- Collaborate with the IT and networking team (TKJ) to ensure seamless connectivity for all workstations.
- Handle incoming calls, visitors, and mail, delivering professional and courteous service.
- Support the implementation of office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Participate in periodic audits of administrative processes and suggest improvements.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee onboarding activities.
Requirements
- Educational background: Minimum D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in any field.
- High school or vocational diploma (SMK/SMA) with specialization in one of the following:
- Multimedia (MM)
- Teknologi Informasi (IT)
- Administrasi Perkantoran
- Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan (TKJ)

- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common office software.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
