Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Petugas Pemeriksaan Barang di Lokasi Penyimpanan to join our logistics and warehousing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all goods arriving at and stored within our facilities are accurately inspected, documented, and handled in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role is vital for maintaining inventory integrity, preventing loss, and supporting smooth operations across our distribution network.
The position is based at our central storage hub, operating six days a week (Monday – Saturday) with a regular schedule of 08:00 – 17:00. Candidates who are detail‑oriented, possess strong communication skills, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team will thrive in this environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough visual and physical inspections of incoming and outgoing merchandise to verify quantity, condition, and compliance with purchase orders.
- Record inspection results in the warehouse management system (WMS) and generate detailed reports for supervisors and inventory control.
- Identify and tag any damaged, missing, or non‑conforming items and coordinate with the procurement and quality assurance departments for corrective action.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including inspection checklists, discrepancy logs, and daily activity sheets.
- Assist in the organization and labeling of storage locations to ensure easy retrieval and optimal space utilization.
- Support periodic stock‑taking activities and assist auditors during internal and external compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with forklift operators, loaders, and other warehouse staff to facilitate safe and efficient material handling.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to fire‑safety and emergency procedures.
- Continuously seek process improvements by suggesting enhancements to inspection procedures and documentation practices.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 35 years old.

- Experience: No prior experience required; however, any background in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control is advantageous.

- Administrative Skills: Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, WMS platforms) and the ability to manage paperwork efficiently.
- Physical Ability: Capable of standing, walking, and lifting moderate loads (up to 20 kg) for extended periods.
- Availability: Willing to work the designated schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
