Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Marketing Penjualan to join our fast‑growing telecommunications team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships, driving revenue, and delivering tailored internet solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients—including corporate accounts, UMKM (micro‑, small‑, and medium‑sized enterprises), schools, and government institutions. Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new customer leads across multiple segments such as corporate, UMKM, educational, and governmental sectors.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrate the value of our internet services to decision‑makers.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, negotiate pricing, and craft customized solutions that align with client budgets and requirements.
  • Maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects throughout the sales cycle, guiding them from interest to contract signing.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with existing customers, ensuring high satisfaction through proactive after‑sales support.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical/NOC team to coordinate site surveys, installations, and service activations, guaranteeing seamless delivery.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports that track key performance indicators and target attainment.
  • Manage a robust customer database and maintain an accurate sales pipeline for forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs to recommend product enhancements and new sales strategies.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and industry events to stay current on telecommunications innovations and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age between 20 and 28 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the telecom or internet services sector.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear, persuasive manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining profitability.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to assess market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable strategies.
  • Team‑oriented attitude, capable of coordinating with technical, support, and operations teams.
  • High level of self‑motivation, resilience, and a results‑driven work ethic.
