Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Motorist for FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) to join Artaboga’s thriving snack and food division. This role is a frontline position that combines the excitement of on‑road sales with the responsibility of representing a well‑known portfolio of snack brands such as TANGO, FULLO, WAFFLE, IMPERIAL, and others. As a Sales Motorist, you will be the brand’s ambassador in neighborhoods, markets, and small retail outlets, delivering products directly to customers and ensuring a seamless cash‑based transaction experience.

Responsibilities
- Deliver snack and food products from the AB2 division to assigned outlets, warungs, and market stalls using the company‑provided saddle bag.
- Maintain a daily route plan, optimizing travel time and ensuring timely deliveries to all designated locations.
- Collect cash payments on site, issue receipts, and accurately record daily sales transactions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, provide samples, and educate retailers on product features, promotions, and shelf‑placement strategies.
- Monitor inventory levels at each outlet, report stock‑outs, and coordinate replenishment orders with the central warehouse.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with shop owners, addressing any concerns promptly to enhance customer loyalty.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing trends, and consumer preferences, and relay insights to the sales manager.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, including cash collected, units sold, and any promotional activity outcomes.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the saddle bag and any equipment used for deliveries.
- Adhere to company policies on safety, cash handling, and ethical sales practices.
Requirements
- Education: All educational levels are welcome; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Age: No maximum age limit; candidates must be physically capable of handling daily deliveries.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Minimum 0 years; prior experience in FMCG sales, door‑to‑door selling, or route distribution is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, basic numeracy for cash handling, strong negotiation tactics, and the ability to work independently.
- Personal Attributes: Self‑motivated, reliable, punctual, resilient under pressure, and eager to achieve sales targets.
- Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license (if a motorbike is used), willingness to work Monday through Saturday, and availability during standard working hours (07:30 – 17:00).
