Introduction
ADIRA Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a proactive and results‑driven Staf Penagihan Lapangan for the Muara Teweh region. This field collection role is integral to maintaining healthy cash flow and supporting our customers in meeting their financial obligations. The successful candidate will operate primarily on‑site, engaging directly with borrowers, negotiating payment plans, and ensuring timely resolution of overdue accounts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic field visits to borrowers who have missed payment deadlines, adhering to the assigned geographic area.
- Initiate phone and in‑person contact to remind customers of outstanding balances and to gather updated financial information.
- Negotiate repayment schedules, offering realistic solutions that balance the company’s risk management goals with the borrower’s capacity to pay.
- Document each interaction accurately, preparing detailed reports that capture visit outcomes, payment commitments, and any obstacles encountered.
- Collaborate closely with the credit and legal teams to flag high‑risk accounts and trigger appropriate escalation procedures.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of local market conditions and regulatory requirements affecting loan collections.
- Utilize company’s CRM and collection software to log activities, update status flags, and generate performance metrics.
- Participate in weekly review meetings, sharing insights on collection trends and suggesting process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 preferred.
- At least one (1) year of experience in collection, preferably within a multifinance or banking environment; fresh graduates may be considered for junior positions.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle is mandatory for field operations.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Target‑oriented mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed collection quotas.
- Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple accounts and schedules efficiently.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving ability, resilience under pressure, and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Familiarity with the Muara Teweh area, including local geography and cultural nuances, is a distinct advantage.
