We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist – Education Consultant to join our fast‑growing organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns to attract prospective students for our preparatory programs.
- Engage with leads via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms, providing timely, accurate information about course offerings.
- Conduct needs‑analysis consultations, guiding students and parents through the enrollment process and recommending suitable study tracks.
- Maintain a robust pipeline in the CRM system, tracking interactions, follow‑ups, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate closely with the instructional team to stay updated on curriculum changes, exam dates, and scholarship opportunities.
- Organize and host on‑site and virtual informational events, open houses, and school visits.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor programs, tuition pricing, and emerging trends in the Indonesian education sector.
- Prepare weekly performance reports, highlighting lead generation, conversion rates, and areas for improvement.
- Provide fast, courteous responses to inbound chats and inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ride a motorcycle to visit prospective students’ schools or community centers when required, holding a valid SIM C.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in customer service, sales, or marketing, preferably within the education industry.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and comfortable using a laptop for content creation and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills – enjoys chatting with new people, quick to respond, and maintains a positive attitude.
- Team‑player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Energetic, resilient, and “never‑give‑up” attitude.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle driver’s license (SIM C) and ability to commute to various branch locations.
- Organizational experience (e.g., university clubs, community groups) and a clear ambition for career growth.
- Unmarried status is preferred, as the role may require flexible weekend and evening hours.
