Introduction

FIFGROUP is expanding its sales force and is looking for a dynamic Koordinator Tim Sales Force to join our growing team. As a Sales Force Coordinator, you will serve as the bridge between our customers and the company, ensuring that every interaction is professional, informative, and results‑oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and actively promote FIFGROUP’s products and services across multiple channels, tailoring the message to each target segment.
  • Conduct diligent follow‑up on consumer data, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication with prospects.
  • Explain product features and benefits in detail, listening closely to customer needs and positioning solutions that add real value.
  • Generate high‑quality leads, nurture them through the sales funnel, and convert them into sales that meet or exceed set targets.
  • Build and sustain strong, long‑term relationships with both existing customers and new prospects, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Adhere to the established sales process and comply with all company policies, reporting progress and challenges to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and after‑sales teams to provide feedback from the field and help refine offerings.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to stay updated on product updates, market trends, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age: No upper age limit; we value experience and attitude over age.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Experience: Entry‑level candidates are welcome; zero to two years of sales or customer‑service experience is acceptable.
  • Core Skills:
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

    • Good organizational skills with attention to detail in data handling.
