Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Spesialis Perpajakan dan Kepatuhan Fiskal to join our dynamic finance team. This role is critical in ensuring that our organization complies with all tax regulations, optimizes fiscal performance, and supports strategic decision‑making through accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in economics or accounting, proven experience in tax administration, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with senior finance managers, auditors, and external tax consultants to safeguard the company’s fiscal health.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (PPh, PPN, and other relevant taxes) in accordance with Indonesian tax law.
- Maintain accurate tax calendars and ensure timely compliance with all statutory deadlines.
- Conduct regular tax reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure that financial transactions are correctly classified for tax purposes.
- Utilize the Accurate accounting system and advanced Microsoft Excel functions to generate tax reports, perform variance analysis, and support audit trails.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation, assess their impact on the business, and communicate relevant updates to management.
- Provide advisory support on tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities while remaining fully compliant.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes, supplying required documentation and explanations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of tax procedures, policies, and standard operating practices.
- Participate in cross‑functional projects, offering fiscal insights that influence pricing, procurement, and investment decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a focus on taxation is preferred.
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience as a Staff Finance & Accounting professional, with a strong emphasis on tax administration.
- Proficiency in the Accurate accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- In‑depth understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, including corporate income tax, value‑added tax, and withholding tax.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a meticulous approach to data accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
