Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer Instalasi dan Pemeliharaan to join our dynamic technical team supporting a network of hospitals and clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, routine maintenance, and emergency troubleshooting of critical electrical equipment, with a particular focus on generator (genset) systems that keep our facilities running 24/7. Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee the installation of electrical and mechanical equipment, including backup generators, HVAC units, and medical device power supplies.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules, perform regular inspections, and document findings to minimize unplanned downtime.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on‑site, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders when necessary.
- Ensure all work complies with national safety standards (K3), hospital regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts inventory, and maintenance logs using the company’s CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and clinical staff on safe operation of equipment.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to evaluate and recommend new technologies or upgrades that improve system reliability.
- Participate in emergency response drills, ensuring rapid restoration of power during outages or critical incidents.
- Prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting performance metrics, cost‑saving opportunities, and compliance status.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. D3 candidates with extensive hands‑on experience will also be considered.
- Gender: Male (as per current organizational policy).
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Experience: At least 1 year of engineering experience, preferably within a hospital, clinic, or other healthcare facility.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of genset operation and maintenance, basic proficiency in English, and solid electronic troubleshooting abilities.
- Certifications: K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) certification is highly desirable.
- Personal Attributes: High level of accuracy, strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
