Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Consultant Sales Specialist to join our fast‑growing automotive sales team. This role focuses on promoting and selling vehicle units to a diverse customer base while delivering an exceptional buying experience. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing tactics to drive both foot traffic and online leads. The position is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:30 to 17:00.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking events, and digital channels.
- Present vehicle specifications, financing options, and promotional offers to match each customer’s needs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and after‑sales services while adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain a personal sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow‑up and accurate record‑keeping.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social‑media content that highlights inventory, special events, and customer testimonials.
- Conduct test drives, explain vehicle features, and answer technical questions to build trust and credibility.
- Provide post‑sale support, including coordinating delivery, handling documentation, and ensuring customer satisfaction for repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting results to the Sales Manager and suggesting process improvements.
- Participate in regular product training sessions to stay current on new models, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or related retail sector.
- Own a reliable personal vehicle; this is mandatory for customer visits and test‑drive logistics.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong sales drive.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, email campaigns, SEO basics).
- High motivation, loyalty, and integrity in all professional interactions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different customer personas.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
