Introduction
Biznet, a leading provider of broadband and telecommunications services in Indonesia, is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Spesialis Store Administrasi for the Tabanan area. This full‑time position will support the day‑to‑day operations of our Biznet Store locations in Tabanan Pupuan and Tabanan Megati, ensuring a seamless experience for walk‑in customers and maintaining accurate store records. The role is ideal for a recent graduate or a professional with up to one year of experience in administration or sales who is eager to grow within a dynamic, tech‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee all Biznet Store activities, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage the petty cash fund, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and reconciled daily.
- Conduct regular stock opname (inventory counts), update inventory systems, and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales counter that reflects Biznet’s brand standards.
- Greet walk‑in customers, assess their needs, and provide clear explanations of Biznet’s broadband, TV, and digital services.
- Prepare and process sales documentation, contracts, and activation forms while adhering to compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with the regional logistics team to schedule deliveries and installations for new customers.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as daily sales, customer satisfaction scores, and inventory turnover.
- Assist in promotional activities, including setting up product displays and distributing marketing materials.
- Provide feedback to management on common customer inquiries and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
- Gender: Female
- Age: Maximum 30 years
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 from any discipline with a GPA of at least 3.00
- Appearance: Professional and presentable, reflecting Biznet’s brand image.
- Experience: Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of experience in administration, sales, or a related field (experience in telecommunications is a plus).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable learning Biznet’s internal store management software.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, customer‑service orientation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Availability: Willingness to work a full schedule from Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
