Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer (Penanggung Jawab Penjualan) for its Solok branch. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, nurturing existing relationships, and acquiring new customers across a range of financial products. Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of products—including consumer loans, vehicle financing, and micro‑credit solutions—to both existing and prospective customers.
- Identify, engage, and develop new sales opportunities through outbound calls, field visits, and participation in local trade events.
- Collaborate with the distribution channel network to secure orders, gather initial customer data, and verify documentation required for credit applications.
- Prepare, review, and complete all necessary paperwork for loan applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, provide timely updates to dealers and customers, and communicate credit decisions clearly and professionally.
- Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations, while addressing any questions or concerns regarding repayment terms.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Conduct regular follow‑ups with approved borrowers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share market insights, and contribute ideas for product enhancements or promotional campaigns.
- Uphold Adira Finance’s brand reputation by demonstrating ethical conduct, transparency, and a customer‑first mindset in every interaction.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (any field of study); graduates are welcome to apply.
- Age: Maximum 30 years at the time of hire.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven sales experience in financial services, automotive financing, or a related B2C environment (experience is a strong plus, but fresh graduates with strong potential are also considered).
- Core Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong negotiation tactics, high integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with sales management processes, ability to use CRM tools, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Mobility: Own vehicle and a valid active SIM A/C license are required for field visits and customer outreach.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, based at the Adira Finance Solok branch after domicile registration.
