Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Staf Administrasi (KL – ADM) to join our dynamic team at our Sukabumi branch in West Java. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities, supporting various departments, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our branch. The successful candidate will work closely with managers, customer service representatives, and other administrative staff to maintain high standards of accuracy, communication, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to support branch operations.
- Manage inbound and outbound correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages, ensuring timely delivery and proper tracking.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications, providing accurate data for management review.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings, agenda preparation, and minute‑taking.
- Maintain and update the branch’s filing system, both physical and electronic, guaranteeing easy retrieval of information.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees by preparing orientation materials and handling necessary documentation.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies, place orders when needed, and ensure that all equipment is functional.
- Support the finance team with basic invoicing, expense claim verification, and petty cash management.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Continuously look for process improvement opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and reduce errors.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or S1 in any field with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
- Age: maximum 25 years.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Adaptable and quick to learn new software or procedural changes.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when required.
- Professional demeanor, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality of company information.
- Basic understanding of office accounting principles and experience with simple budgeting tasks is advantageous.
