We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Officer Marketing & Verification (MVO) to join our dynamic team in Medan, North Sumatra. This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with dealers and customers, promoting a diverse portfolio of products, and ensuring that prospective clients meet our rigorous qualification standards. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers, distributors, and end‑customers.
- Present, negotiate, and close sales for a multi‑product suite, tailoring proposals to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Conduct thorough feasibility analyses and on‑site surveys to assess the creditworthiness and suitability of potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and verification results using the company’s CRM system.
- Provide regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Participate in regional sales meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge workshops to stay updated on industry developments.
- Travel within the assigned territory using a personal motorcycle, ensuring timely visits to dealers and customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) from any discipline.
- Age: Not older than 28 years at the time of application.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational needs).
- Preferably 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer verification roles.
- Strong desire to work in a target‑driven environment and achieve measurable results.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly communicative personality.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle (MOT) and a Class C driver’s license (SIM C).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM tools.
