Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Spesialis Quality Assurance to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Kab. Grobogan. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inspections of raw materials, in‑process components, and finished products to verify compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports, non‑conformance records, and corrective‑action plans.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring readiness for ISO, HACCP, or other industry certifications relevant to the manufacturing sector.
- Analyze quality data using statistical tools, identify trends, and propose preventive measures to reduce defects and waste.
- Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and supply‑chain teams to resolve quality issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide training and guidance to operators and line staff on proper quality control procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations, promoting a safe workplace culture.
- Participate in product development meetings to ensure quality considerations are integrated from the design phase onward.
- Prepare and present regular quality performance metrics to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Support continuous improvement projects such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives aimed at enhancing overall operational excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 in any discipline, with a strong preference for candidates holding a degree in engineering, industrial technology, or related fields.
- Active proficiency in English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international partners and interpret technical documents.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
- Solid understanding of quality control principles within a manufacturing environment, including familiarity with ISO 9001, SPC, and inspection techniques.
- Demonstrated awareness of K3 (occupational health and safety) standards and ability to apply them in daily operations.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and training staff at all levels.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to be based in Kab. Grobogan and travel to other sites when required.
- Flexibility to work a six‑day schedule (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
