We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our retail team as Crew Toko Paruh Waktu (Part‑Time Store Crew) at our Kertosono location. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, students, or anyone looking to gain hands‑on experience in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) and retail sector. As a member of our front‑line staff, you will play a critical part in delivering a welcoming shopping environment, ensuring product availability, and representing the brand with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, assist them in locating products, and provide product information to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Maintain store cleanliness by organizing shelves, arranging displays, and performing regular inventory checks.
- Receive and unpack deliveries, verify stock against purchase orders, and replenish merchandise on the sales floor.
- Monitor stock levels, report low‑stock items to the supervisor, and assist in periodic stock‑taking.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve minor complaints, and forward more complex issues to management.
- Adhere to store policies regarding safety, hygiene, and loss prevention, including regular checks of security equipment.
- Participate in daily briefings, contribute ideas for sales promotions, and support special events or seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain a presentable appearance in accordance with the company’s uniform and grooming standards.
- Commit to daily devotional practices (Shalat, Dhuha, Mengaji) as part of the store’s cultural values.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: 18‑25 years old.
- Honesty, discipline, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of responsibility.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to engage customers actively.
- Commitment to regular religious practices (Shalat, Dhuha, Mengaji) as part of the workplace culture.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
