Introduction
The Staf Backup Harian OB Surabaya is a critical support role within our fast‑moving office environment in Surabaya. As a daily backup staff member, you will step in whenever the regular Office Boy (OB) is unavailable, ensuring that essential operational tasks continue without interruption. Responsibilities
- Provide immediate backup coverage for the regular OB when they are absent, maintaining seamless daily operations.
- Assist with routine office duties such as distributing mail, handling small parcels, and restocking stationery supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in common areas, conference rooms, and workstations, ensuring a professional environment for staff and visitors.
- Support basic facilities tasks, including waste disposal, minor repairs, and reporting any maintenance issues to the facilities manager.
- Coordinate with the reception team to manage incoming deliveries, verify packages, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Utilize simple 2‑D modeling software to draft quick layout adjustments for temporary events or office re‑arrangements.
- Follow health, safety, and security protocols, including proper handling of equipment and adherence to emergency procedures.
- Document daily activities and submit a concise end‑of‑day report highlighting any incidents, shortages, or special requests.
- Collaborate with other support staff to ensure that all backup duties are covered during peak periods or special projects.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
