Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring any dietary restrictions or special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve dishes and drinks in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation and temperature.
- Monitor tables throughout the meal, refilling drinks, checking satisfaction, and addressing any concerns immediately.
- Clear and clean tables after each service, resetting them for the next guests with attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and handle cash or card transactions with accuracy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours.
- Participate in pre‑service briefings and post‑service debriefs, offering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to uniform standards, personal hygiene, and grooming guidelines to represent the brand positively.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting.
- Strong verbal communication skills – clear, confident, and polite when interacting with guests.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain speed and accuracy, and stay honest and reliable.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and evenings, seven days a week.
- Male or female applicants are welcome; gender is not a restriction.
- Must be able to be placed at the Pasarkota Pondok Gede location.
- Professional appearance: clean, tidy, and well‑groomed at all times.
