Responsibilities
- Perform thorough exterior washing, drying, and polishing of customer vehicles using industry‑standard equipment and eco‑friendly cleaning agents.
- Conduct interior cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, upholstery shampooing, dashboard detailing, and window polishing.
- Inspect each vehicle for stains, scratches, or damage before and after cleaning, reporting any issues to the service supervisor.
- Maintain and organize cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are stocked, functional, and safely stored.
- Operate the on‑site water reclamation and filtration system in compliance with local environmental regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering basic questions about services, and confirming satisfaction before vehicle hand‑over.
- Assist with occasional night‑shift duties, such as preparing vehicles for early‑morning appointments or handling overflow work during peak periods.
- Continuously seek ways to improve workflow efficiency, suggesting new techniques or products that enhance quality and speed.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Own a reliable personal vehicle for commuting and occasional on‑site transport of equipment.
- Willingness to work occasional night shifts and stay late when required to meet customer deadlines.
