Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Marketing and Student Admissions Bureau as a Staff Member. This role is integral to promoting our institution’s programs, attracting prospective students, and strengthening our brand presence both online and offline. The ideal candidate will combine strong academic credentials with hands‑on experience in marketing, public relations, or communications, and will be ready to represent the organization across a variety of channels and events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aimed at increasing student enrollment, utilizing digital platforms, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Coordinate open house events, campus tours, and outreach activities, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students and their families.
- Collaborate with academic departments to create compelling promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and video content that highlight program strengths.
- Maintain and update the institution’s website and social media accounts, monitoring analytics to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage relationships with external partners, media outlets, and vendors to secure coverage and sponsorship opportunities.
- Handle inbound inquiries, providing accurate information and guiding prospects through the admissions process.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, enrollment trends, and market research to inform strategic decisions.
- Travel to regional education fairs, high schools, and partner institutions as required, representing the brand professionally.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) for entry‑level consideration; preferred bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or Psychology.
- Experience: Prior experience in marketing, public relations, or student recruitment is highly desirable, though fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for persuasive storytelling and negotiation.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO, social media advertising, email automation tools, and basic analytics platforms.
- Personal Presentation: Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with prospective students, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel outside the city for events, fairs, and partnership meetings.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational capabilities, teamwork orientation, problem‑solving mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
