Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort VIP guests upon arrival, offering a warm, professional welcome.
  • Coordinate with the front desk, housekeeping, and concierge to anticipate and fulfill guest requests promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain personalized butler stations, ensuring all amenities, linens, and refreshments are impeccably arranged.
  • Manage guest itineraries, including restaurant reservations, transportation, and special event arrangements.
  • Provide in‑room services such as turndown preparation, garment care, and tailored hospitality experiences.
  • Maintain accurate logs of guest preferences, special occasions, and service notes for continuous improvement.
  • Supervise junior staff when acting in a supervisory capacity, delegating tasks and ensuring quality standards.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues with discretion, offering swift and effective resolutions.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on luxury service trends and hotel protocols.
  • Uphold the hotel’s brand standards through impeccable personal grooming and professional conduct.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a luxury hospitality setting, preferably within a 5‑star hotel.
  • For supervisory candidates: 2‑3 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written) are mandatory.
  • Strong guest service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to anticipate needs.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, especially for supervisory duties.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with a relentless focus on service excellence.
  • Professional appearance, well‑groomed, and a positive, courteous attitude.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Additional skill: Experience or interest in bread making (Pembuat Roti) is considered a valuable plus.
