The position offers a structured work schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, providing a stable routine for candidates who value consistency. As a member of our front‑line team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, logistics, and management to resolve inquiries, process transactions, and uphold the high standards of our service culture.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and guide them through product selections.
- Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Process service requests, returns, and exchanges while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product lines, promotions, and store policies to provide reliable information.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries, track shipments, and resolve any delivery issues.
- Document customer interactions in the store management system, updating records and generating reports for continuous improvement.
- Assist in training new team members by sharing best practices and demonstrating proper service techniques.
- Identify recurring customer concerns and propose solutions to management for process enhancements.
- Ensure the service area remains clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss performance metrics, share feedback, and align on upcoming initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
