Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Junior to join our rapidly expanding Contact Center team in Kranggan, Bekasi. As a key member of our sales force, you will engage prospective customers over the phone, present our range of products and services, and contribute directly to the company’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to qualified leads and potential customers using established scripts and sales techniques.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly, tailoring the conversation to each prospect’s needs.
- Answer inbound inquiries, provide accurate information, and convert interest into sales wherever possible.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, outcomes, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system.
- Conduct regular follow‑up calls with prospects who have expressed interest, nurturing relationships until a sale is closed.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the team leader.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on promotions, new offerings, and competitive positioning.
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to continuously improve communication and closing techniques.
- Adhere to company policies regarding data privacy, call etiquette, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide feedback on common customer objections and market trends to help refine sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 24 years old.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- Prior sales experience is a plus; a minimum of three months in telesales is preferred, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Strong telephone etiquette, active listening, and persuasive speaking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and a results‑driven mindset.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
