Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble a variety of menu items according to company recipes, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, fryers, grills, slicers, and food processors.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety practices, including regular cleaning of workstations, proper storage of ingredients, and adherence to HACCP guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking product quality, and rotating stock to minimize waste.
- Collaborate with chefs and fellow kitchen staff to coordinate timing and ensure timely delivery of meals during peak service periods.
- Provide courteous, friendly service to customers when interacting at the serving counter, answering basic menu questions, and handling special requests.
- Participate in weekly rolling shifts, including occasional weekend work, to guarantee continuous kitchen operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting workflow enhancements, waste‑reduction ideas, and new menu concepts.
- Document daily production logs, report equipment malfunctions promptly, and follow up on corrective actions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including at least one weekend shift per month.
