This position is responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, serving customers at the service counter, and maintaining accurate records that support the efficiency of the entire business. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients, providing prompt and courteous assistance at the front counter.
  • Process incoming documents, applications, and payments, ensuring all information is accurately entered into the company’s database.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems, performing regular audits to guarantee data integrity.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on counter activities, including transaction volumes and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with other departments (sales, finance, HR) to route documents and resolve inquiries efficiently.
  • Handle telephone calls, respond to email inquiries, and manage appointment scheduling for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed to keep the counter fully operational.
  • Support special projects such as promotional events, customer satisfaction surveys, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 (any field of study) – candidates with a strong academic foundation are welcomed.
  • Age: Maximum 30 years old; open to all gender identities.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or front‑desk role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic database or ERP systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a customer‑service mindset.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for special events or peak periods.
  • Personal Traits: Reliability, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
