Responsibilities
- Design and deliver dynamic Mandarin lessons aligned with the national curriculum and HSK standards.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and multimedia resources that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress through quizzes, oral examinations, and project‑based evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain a disciplined yet supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity and respect.
- Organize cultural activities, such as Chinese festivals, calligraphy workshops, and language clubs, to deepen cultural appreciation.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student performance and classroom expectations.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate cross‑curricular projects that link Mandarin with subjects like history, geography, and technology.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events to continuously improve teaching practice.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and curriculum outcomes in accordance with school policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the hiring policy).
- Mandarin proficiency of at least HSK Level 4.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work the scheduled shift of 15:30‑18:30, Monday through Friday (exact days to be confirmed).
- Passion for teaching and a genuine love for working with adolescents.
- Patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt lessons to various learning speeds.
- Fresh graduates are welcome, though prior teaching experience is an advantage.
