Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Staff Front Office (Customer Service & Administration) to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position operates Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, clients, and partners. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal abilities with a solid educational background and a heartfelt commitment to Islamic values, demonstrated by memorizing at least 15 Juz of the Qur’an.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and escort visitors, ensuring a professional and warm first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls, providing accurate information and routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain an organized front‑office environment, including reception area tidiness, signage, and promotional materials.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, handling correspondence, and preparing routine reports.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, schedule appointments, and assist with calendar management for senior staff.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary while adhering to service‑level standards.
  • Support event planning and execution by preparing materials, liaising with vendors, and ensuring logistical details are addressed.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs, security badges, and access control records in compliance with company policies.
  • Assist with basic accounting functions, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing petty‑cash reconciliations.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments—marketing, operations, and human resources—to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Demonstrate Qur’anic recitation skills during corporate gatherings, religious events, or as part of the organization’s cultural outreach programs.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve front‑office efficiency through feedback collection and process refinement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field from a recognized state university.
  • Gender: Female (per organizational policy).
  • Age: No specific upper limit; candidates must be able to meet the physical and mental demands of the role.
  • Work experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a front‑office, customer service, or administrative position.
  • Religious qualification: Memorization of at least 15 Juz of the Qur’an (Tahfidz) and the ability to recite it clearly.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy, patience, and cultural sensitivity.
  • Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, email platforms, and basic data‑management tools).
  • Ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and respect for confidential information.
