This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, building lasting relationships with customers, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The successful candidate will represent a leading motorcycle brand, delivering exceptional service and leveraging both traditional and digital channels to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary, commissions, performance bonuses, and clear career progression pathways. Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and engage new customers by presenting the full range of motorcycle models, accessories, and financing options.
- Explain technical specifications, unique selling points, and ongoing promotions in a clear, customer‑focused manner.
- Develop and maintain a robust database of leads and existing clients, ensuring accurate follow‑up and relationship management.
- Conduct regular after‑sales follow‑up to guarantee customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
- Assist customers with credit applications, cash purchases, and paperwork, coordinating closely with finance partners.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, showroom events, community rides, and other promotional activities.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Utilize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) to showcase inventory, share customer success stories, and run targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and help shape future promotional strategies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment that reflects the premium positioning of the brand.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18 – 35 years (maximum 35 years).
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- At least 0‑2 years of experience in automotive or motorcycle sales (fresh graduates with strong sales potential are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey technical information in layman’s terms.
- Professional appearance, confidence, and a customer‑centric attitude.
- Strong self‑motivation and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Possession of a personal vehicle and a valid SIM C (preferred, adds flexibility for field visits).
- Active presence on social media and familiarity with digital marketing tools.
- Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
