Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough needs assessments, tailor solutions to individual customer requirements, and handle objections with persuasive negotiation techniques.
- Document all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy for follow‑up and reporting purposes.
- Follow up on inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide post‑sale support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Participate in regular training sessions, sales meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve skill sets.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, representing the brand positively across all communication channels.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; maximum age of 25‑26 years.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound telesales or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with a clear and friendly tone.
- Strong negotiation abilities and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, and basic office software for customer outreach.
- Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
- Ability to quickly grasp product specifications and convey technical details in simple terms.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00.
