Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders.
- Prepare and process outbound shipments, ensuring correct items are picked, packed, and dispatched on schedule.
- Organize warehouse layout, applying best practices for pallet stacking, shelving, and product segregation to maximize space utilization.
- Maintain accurate stock levels by conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Generate daily and weekly inventory reports, highlighting movements, shortages, and excess stock.
- Identify, document, and report damaged or defective items, coordinating with procurement and quality teams for resolution.
- Implement and uphold safety and cleanliness standards, including regular inspections of aisles, fire exits, and equipment.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors, procurement officers, and transportation partners to streamline order fulfillment.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 27 years.
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a warehouse or inventory management setting.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and arrange goods efficiently, with a solid understanding of stock classification.
- Basic arithmetic and calculation skills for accurate counting and reporting.
- Strong personal attributes: honesty, discipline, meticulousness, and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in following written and verbal instructions with precision.
- Familiarity with inventory control software or basic spreadsheet functions is a plus.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
