Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Staff Marketing – Koordinator Kampanye to join our fast‑growing marketing team in the Cibubur area. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about event promotion, media‑printing coordination, and franchise sales. The successful candidate will work closely with the central design team, external vendors, and potential franchise partners across the Jabodetabek–Banten region to drive brand visibility and achieve aggressive sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing internal and external printed media requirements, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
- Receive, process, and dispatch print orders to vendors, tracking each shipment to meet project deadlines.
- Coordinate with the central design team to align partner requests with creative guidelines.
- Liaise with local print vendors in Cibubur and surrounding areas, negotiating costs and monitoring production quality.
- Proactively identify and pursue event opportunities throughout the Jabodetabek region, expanding the company’s event portfolio.
- Maintain and safeguard all marketing assets, including promotional materials, signage, and digital collateral.
- Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective and existing franchise partners regarding the Dkriuk franchise, Shawarma & Burger partnership, and Dekatea partnership packages.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and close deals for the three franchise programs, tracking progress against quotas.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports summarizing marketing and sales performance for the Jabodetabek‑Banten territory.
- Support the sales team by generating lead lists, updating CRM records, and following up on pending proposals.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, including adherence to the five‑time prayer schedule and a smoke‑free workplace.
Requirements
- Male, Muslim, maximum age of 27 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or marketing administration.
- Basic knowledge of event marketing and print‑media vendor management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to meet tight targets.
- Proficiency in document management, order coordination, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Highly responsible, organized, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Resides in Cibubur or nearby areas (preferred).
- Commitment to performing the five daily prayers and maintaining a non‑smoking lifestyle.
