Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Warehouse – Operasi Penyimpanan & Distribusi to join our dynamic logistics team. This full‑time position is based in our main distribution center, operating Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that electronic household products and spare parts flow smoothly from receipt to delivery, supporting both internal stakeholders and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound goods in strict accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
- Conduct physical inspections of items to verify quality, quantity, serial numbers, model numbers, and accompanying sales orders (SO).
- Enter and validate SO data in the warehouse management system (SAP/WMS) to guarantee accurate inventory tracking.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on stock movements, highlighting any discrepancies or variances.
- Handle all documentation related to receiving, shipping, and internal transfers, ensuring completeness and compliance.
- Report damaged, missing, or return‑eligible items promptly to the relevant user or department.
- Assist with loading and unloading of spare parts, maintaining an organized and efficient workflow.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and customer service teams to confirm product availability and meet delivery deadlines.
- Apply FIFO (First‑In‑First‑Out) principles to minimize obsolescence and optimize stock rotation.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and cycle counts to uphold data integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience as a warehouse staff member, preferably in electronics or consumer goods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and warehouse management software such as SAP or WMS.
- Strong understanding of FIFO methodology and overall inventory management principles.
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, standing, and moving materials in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of household electronic products is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
