Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and present a diverse menu of hot and cold dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s culinary concept.
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, ensuring that all stations are stocked, organized, and operating smoothly.
- Train, coach, and evaluate junior cooks and kitchen assistants, fostering a collaborative and learning‑focused atmosphere.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, and plating consistency to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Develop and test new recipes, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional cook, preferably in a high‑volume restaurant, hotel, or catering operation.
- Educational background: at least a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; culinary certifications are a plus.
