- Provide real‑time information to passengers regarding flight schedules, gate changes, and weather updates.
- Maintain accurate records of flight manifests, passenger counts, and any irregularities reported during operations.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates up to the legal working age limit; no upper age restriction.
