Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative tasks for warehouse operations, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Enter inbound and outbound product data into the inventory management system, maintaining real‑time visibility of stock levels.
- Organize and archive both soft‑copy and hard‑copy warehouse documents, including delivery notes, shipping manifests, and internal reports, using a systematic filing methodology.
- Verify shipping documentation such as surat jalan, packing lists, and supporting paperwork to prevent discrepancies.
- Assist in reconciling physical inventory counts with system records, contributing to overall inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to communicate stock updates, address data gaps, and support inventory replenishment requests.
- Provide on‑site assistance for operational tasks when required, including loading/unloading support, cycle counts, and stock audits.
- Maintain a clean, orderly work area and ensure that all documentation is stored in a logical, accessible manner.
- Deliver high‑speed, error‑free data entry, striving for zero errors in all records.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate reports, perform basic data analysis, and track key performance indicators such as inventory turnover and order fulfillment rates.
- Continuously seek process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce manual errors, and support the broader logistics strategy.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 25 years or younger (gender‑neutral consideration may be applied per local regulations).
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of proven experience as a Warehouse or Admin Gudang specialist.
- Strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and solid arithmetic skills.
- Demonstrated ability to file, archive, and manage both electronic and paper documents systematically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and willing to assist in field operations when needed.
- Basic understanding of inventory control principles and logistics workflows.
