Working hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm, offering a stable schedule for those looking to build a career in hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed explanations of dishes, specials, and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using handheld POS systems, ensuring any dietary restrictions or special requests are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly, checking back with guests to guarantee satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and monitoring table turnover.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to synchronize service flow and minimize wait times.
- Handle cash and electronic payments securely, issue receipts, and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Promote upselling of appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks to increase average check values.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper food handling, sanitation, and personal grooming.
- Engage with guests on social media platforms when appropriate, showcasing the restaurant’s ambiance and promotions.
- Participate in regular training sessions, staff meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Gender: Male (Laki‑laki)
- Age: 18‑30 years (maximum 28 years preferred)
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Work Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Height: Minimum 160 cm
- Marital Status: Single or married (flexible)
- Key Skills: Excellent communication, friendly demeanor, strong teamwork, and active presence on social media platforms
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays safely
- Language: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
- Attitude: Professional, punctual, and eager to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
