Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Penagihan for our Muara Bungo branch. This position is a vital link between the company and its customers, ensuring timely collection of loan installments, handling payment inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with a few years of experience in collections, field sales, or customer service who are comfortable working independently, have a valid motor vehicle and SIM C, and possess excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will join a dynamic financial services team that values integrity, punctuality, and proactive problem‑solving. Working six days a week, you will be on the front line, visiting borrowers directly, processing payments, and reporting collection performance to the branch manager.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to assigned borrowers in the Muara Bungo area to collect loan installments, late fees, and any applicable penalties.
- Verify payment amounts, issue receipts, and update the company’s collection system in real time.
- Perform basic credit checks (BI Checking / SLIK OJK) and ensure compliance with internal risk‑assessment protocols (KOL 1 requirement).
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of each visit, including borrower feedback, payment status, and any disputes that arise.
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers facing financial difficulty, always aiming to preserve the customer relationship while safeguarding the company’s assets.
- Coordinate with the branch’s finance and legal teams to escalate delinquent accounts that may require further action.
- Provide regular reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, adhering to corporate branding and ethical standards during all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only; age not exceeding 30 years.
- Valid motor vehicle and an active SIM C license.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with prior experience in collections, field sales, or related customer‑facing roles.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with a diverse range of borrowers.
- Basic knowledge of credit checking tools (BI Checking / SLIK OJK) and the ability to meet KOL 1 standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage a daily route efficiently, and handle cash transactions securely.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak collection periods.
