Introduction
We are seeking a proactive Staf Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa to join our dynamic Procurement team within the fast‑moving food & beverage (F&B) industry. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in securing high‑quality goods and services, negotiating competitive prices, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and distributors. Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end procurement cycle for food, beverage, and ancillary items, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct market research and vendor analysis to identify cost‑effective sourcing opportunities.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers, aiming for optimal value while maintaining quality.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Finance, and Operations to align procurement plans with business needs.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date supplier database, tracking performance metrics, delivery reliability, and compliance records.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, monitor order status, and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to oversee inbound shipments, customs clearance (if applicable), and warehouse receipt.
- Support the development and implementation of a marketplace strategy to leverage digital platforms for sourcing.
- Generate regular reports on spend analysis, savings achieved, and inventory turnover for senior management.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to corporate policies, ethical standards, and relevant regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: D3/D4 in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in procurement or supply chain roles, preferably within the F&B sector.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, price negotiation techniques, and supplier/distributor management.
- Basic knowledge of marketplace platforms, supply chain management principles, and logistics operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in procurement software, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ERP systems.
