Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and professional Driver for Goods and Passenger Transportation to join our dynamic logistics team serving the Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik regions. This full‑time position offers a stable schedule from Monday to Sunday, 08:00‑17:00, and provides an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about safe driving, punctual delivery, and superior customer service. Candidates must hold a valid SIM C and A (active), possess at least one year of driving experience, and demonstrate strong communication, discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Plan, follow, and execute daily routes to ensure timely delivery of goods and safe transport of passengers across Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload cargo, verifying that each item matches the shipping manifest and is secured properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean and well‑functioning vehicle by conducting routine inspections, checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and addressing minor mechanical issues promptly.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions or accidents to the fleet manager and coordinate with authorized service centers for repairs.
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, delivery confirmations, and any incidents that occur on the road.
- Provide courteous assistance to passengers, answer inquiries about routes, and ensure a comfortable travel experience.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and schedule commitments, minimizing delays and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues and improve service quality.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates must be physically fit for driving duties.
- Gender: Male.
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional driving experience, preferably in freight or passenger transport.
- Licenses: Valid and active SIM C and SIM A.
- Key Skills: Excellent route knowledge of Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik; strong communication; disciplined work ethic; honesty and high sense of responsibility.
- Personal Traits: Detail‑oriented, punctual, capable of handling unexpected traffic or vehicle issues calmly, and committed to maintaining a clean driving record.
- Technical Ability: Basic vehicle maintenance skills and the ability to perform minor repairs or coordinate service when needed.
