Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Staf Pengembangan Bisnis – Lampung to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will act as the primary link between the company, store owners, and end‑consumers, driving sales performance while ensuring product displays are immaculate and machines are well‑maintained. Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to maximize volume in assigned retail locations.
- Engage customers with clear, persuasive product demonstrations and upselling techniques (product switching).
- Maintain product displays, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, neatly arranged, and visually appealing.
- Perform routine maintenance of tinting machines, keeping them clean, functional, and stocked with necessary consumables.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with store owners, addressing their concerns and fostering long‑term partnerships.
- Develop customer loyalty by delivering exceptional service, handling inquiries promptly, and following up on feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities, gather market intelligence, and report trends to the regional manager.
- Prepare accurate monthly sales reports, including sales volume, inventory status, and promotional effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in‑store promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Assist in training new sales staff on product knowledge, merchandising standards, and customer engagement techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: No upper limit; candidates of all ages are welcome.
- Gender: Male (as per current operational policy).
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in retail or FMCG environments.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with store owners, customers, and internal teams.
- Ability to maintain a tidy and organized work environment, especially regarding product displays and equipment care.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and data entry.
- Self‑motivated, result‑oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel within the Lampung region and work flexible hours as needed.
