Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in the heart of Jakarta Pusat. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start a career in customer support within a fast‑growing retail and service environment. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions.
  • Accurately record customer requests, complaints, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
  • Assist customers in navigating product catalogs, placing orders, and processing returns or exchanges.
  • Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and finance departments to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks such as data entry, generating daily reports, and updating Excel spreadsheets.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
  • Uphold the company’s standards of professionalism, punctuality, and ethical conduct at all times.

Requirements

  • Male candidates only.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 25 years.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Clear vision – candidates who wear glasses are not considered for this role.
  • Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
  • Professional appearance, honesty, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a genuine desire to help and resolve issues promptly.
