Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Staf Pengembangan Strategi Sumber Daya Manusia to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for recent graduates with a background in Psychology or Human Resource Management who are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a fast‑paced corporate environment. Responsibilities
- Design and execute talent development programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Conduct regular competency assessments and create individualized development plans for staff at all levels.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team and individual performance, providing actionable feedback to managers.
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data, attendance records, and training histories.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with recruitment specialists to ensure a seamless onboarding experience that integrates new hires into the company culture.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions on topics such as leadership, communication, and change management.
- Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures, promoting consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including document preparation, file management, and correspondence handling.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4; preferably a S1 degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, though up to one year of relevant HR experience is acceptable.
- Demonstrated ability to improve organizational effectiveness through strategic HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in evaluating team performance using KPI frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with HRIS tools and strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent administrative skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of influencing and coaching across all levels.
