Responsibilities

- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and property presentations to contract negotiation, closing, and post‑sale follow‑up, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of real‑estate regulations, financing options, and industry best practices to advise clients accurately.

Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 27 years.
- Consistently observes the five daily prayers, reflecting strong personal discipline.
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; high school (SMA/SMK) also considered if complemented by relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in property sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have demonstrated success in residential or commercial real‑estate markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse client segments.
- Professional appearance and demeanor that positively represent the brand.
- Own reliable transportation to attend client meetings, site visits, and off‑site events.
- Proficiency in sales development techniques, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional flexibility for client appointments outside regular hours.
