The role is based in a high‑traffic shopping center with a schedule that runs Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00. We welcome applicants of any gender who meet the minimum education requirements and are eager to develop strong retail competencies.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that drive sales.
- Maintain orderly and visually appealing merchandise displays, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked and labeled correctly.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, receiving deliveries, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the store manager when necessary.
- Promote ongoing promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal sales events to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, health and safety standards, and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily sales reports and stock movement records.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: No maximum limit; we welcome fresh graduates and experienced candidates alike.
