Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Operations Department as full‑time and part‑time staff members. The positions are based at our flagship store in Mojosongo and may also be assigned to other branch locations as business needs dictate. Working hours are Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a stable routine for candidates who thrive in a dynamic retail environment focused on the latest gadgets and consumer electronics.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering product queries, and guiding purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our store management system, ensuring stock levels are optimal and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- Execute daily sales transactions, process payments, and issue receipts in accordance with company policies.
- Assist in visual merchandising, arranging product displays to highlight new arrivals and promotional items.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to place orders, receive shipments, and perform quality checks on incoming merchandise.
- Prepare and submit end‑of‑day sales reports, including cash reconciliation and performance metrics.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and system updates.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling, contributing to store targets and overall profitability.
- Support store opening and closing procedures, including cash drawer management and security checks.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements, demonstrating innovation and a willingness to adapt to evolving market trends.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (the role is specifically targeted to female candidates).
- Age: 19 – 30 years.
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) – candidates with a high school diploma (SMA) are also considered if they demonstrate strong aptitude.
- Experience: No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with a passion for sales are welcome.
- Key Skills: Proficiency in store management systems, basic computer literacy, and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Personal Traits: Honest, resilient, innovative, and eager to work in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Willingness to be placed at the central Mojosongo store or any other branch as needed.
- Availability: Ability to work full‑time (3 positions) or part‑time (2 positions) with immediate start preferred.
