Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and post journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Maintain and update the general ledger using industry‑standard accounting software.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather supporting documentation for audits and regulatory filings.
- Generate standard financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing historical data and analytical insights.
- Utilize Microsoft Office suite—especially Excel—for data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced reporting.
- Continuously improve accounting processes, suggesting automation opportunities and best‑practice enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, MYOB, or local ERP systems).
- Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle high‑pressure situations with composure.
- Integrity, honesty, and a commitment to confidentiality of financial information.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian and preferably English.
- Team‑player mindset with the willingness to collaborate across functions.
- Open to working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
