Introduction

Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on acquiring new partners and expanding existing accounts.
- Conduct regular field visits to partner locations to monitor performance, provide coaching, and resolve any operational issues.
- Prepare and submit accurate installment billing, ensuring all payments are collected on schedule and discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- Develop and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with partners through consistent communication and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, finance, and operations—to align partner goals with company objectives.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions, agreements, and payment statuses in the company’s CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to existing partners.
- Report weekly and monthly performance metrics to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and local regulations while representing the brand in the field.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years (maximum 32 years is acceptable).
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a personal vehicle.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Strong sense of honesty, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage a daily schedule effectively.
