Introduction

The position offers a clear schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, allowing you to balance work with studies or other commitments.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, prompt, and accurate assistance to customers, answering product questions and guiding purchase decisions.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled.
- Monitor inventory levels, report stock discrepancies, and assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries.
- Keep the store clean and organized, including tidying aisles, polishing floors, and maintaining fitting rooms.
- Support promotional activities such as flash sales, product launches, and seasonal campaigns by setting up signage and communicating offers to shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Uphold company policies regarding safety, security, and loss prevention, reporting any incidents immediately.
- Participate in briefings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age range: 18–25 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).

- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, trustworthiness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Professional appearance and a positive, approachable demeanor.

- Basic proficiency with store management systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
