We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Staff Administrasi Pemasaran to join our dynamic marketing department. This full‑time position plays a crucial role in maintaining the flow of information, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly. Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all marketing‑related administrative documents, including correspondence, reports, and archived materials, to guarantee data integrity and easy retrieval.
- Enter and update data accurately in the company’s management system, supporting tracking, filing, and reporting functions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights for decision‑making.
- Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials, schedules, and meeting minutes to internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns by handling logistics, vendor communication, and budget documentation.
- Maintain a clean and professional office environment, ensuring that all filing systems (both digital and physical) are up‑to‑date.
- Provide ad‑hoc support for special projects, such as event organization, market research data entry, and promotional material preparation.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, product, and creative teams to streamline information flow and improve cross‑functional efficiency.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative or marketing support roles; candidates with 6 months of experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with PowerPoint and basic data‑analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Reliable attendance: work schedule is Monday – Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
