We are seeking a motivated Staff Penagihan Lapangan (Field Collection Officer) who can combine strong communication skills with a results‑driven mindset to recover overdue payments while maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic collection calls and on‑site visits to customers with delayed payments within the assigned Bekasi territory.
- Visit customers’ residences or business locations to perform field collection, verify payment ability, and negotiate settlement terms.
- Explain payment obligations clearly and professionally, providing detailed information on loan terms, penalties, and possible restructuring options.
- Negotiate repayment plans that align with both company policy and the customer’s financial capacity, aiming to achieve timely resolution of arrears.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly reports on collection results, visit logs, and any escalated issues.
- Maintain a courteous and trustworthy relationship with each debtor, ensuring the company’s reputation for fairness and integrity is upheld.
- Adhere strictly to internal collection procedures, regulatory guidelines, and data‑privacy standards.
- Collaborate with the credit control team and senior management to share market insights and suggest improvements to the collection process.
- Utilize a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C to travel efficiently across the designated area, demonstrating punctuality and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/ S1 graduates are welcomed.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, field collection, or a related finance role (fresh graduates may apply if they demonstrate strong motivation).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Strong numeric aptitude and the capacity to work towards daily and monthly collection targets.
- Possession of a valid SIM C and personal motorcycle for field assignments.
- Willingness to work mobile, covering the Bekasi area and potentially adjacent districts as business needs evolve.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and discipline; ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
- Flexibility to be placed in any location required by the company, with a willingness to adapt to shifting operational demands.
